Use devices and gadgets with HealthVault
Upload data to your online health record
HealthVault Connection Center works with many types of health and fitness devices, including heart rate monitors, glucometers, blood pressure monitors and more. With it, you can use your computer to upload data from these devices – or from a gadget for Windows Sidebar that helps you track your weight – to your HealthVault record, where you can share it or use it on other health sites.

If it does, here’s how to enable it to upload data to HealthVault:
Get a free HealthVault account
If you don’t already have one, creating one is easy and free. After you sign in, you will be asked to grant permission to upload data to a record in your HealthVault account.Get HealthVault Connection Center
Download and install a free program called HealthVault Connection Center that runs with Windows (System Requirements). It uses your computer to upload data from compatible devices to your HealthVault record.Set up your device and upload data
Set up your HealthVault-compatible device, sign in to your HealthVault account, connect your device to your computer, upload your data, and use your data at Web health sites.
After you upload your data, we’ll show you Web sites that connect with HealthVault where you can use the type of data you just uploaded.
